Full time Position - Latin America Program Coordinators

Culmen International is seeking up to two fulltime Program Coordinators to work on a potential DOSfunded program delivering legal and financial disruption training to countries in Latin America.
This position requires the individual to be based in one of the following locations-Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador, Argentina, Chile, or Brazil-with regular regional travel.

You will work with the Program Manager and advisors to:

Build relationships and liaise with Latin American governments to generate buyin and support for program activities
• Help arrange logistics for trainings and local activities
• Work with local educational institutions and broader stakeholders as needed
• Provide timely reports on program activities
• Provide the team with local and regional contextual information
• Contribute to program development through feedback and participation in team meetings
• Contribute to monitoring and evaluation of program activities, including managing pre and postcourse training surveys
• Support team meetings and assist other team members
• Solve problems and provide solutions and advice to overcome challenges

• At least three (3) years of experience in project support work
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to liaise with senior government officials
• Excellent stakeholder management experience
• Physically and medically fit for frequent field travel
• Excellent writing skills, with experience drafting client reports
• A strong network of contacts in government, law enforcement, or the legal profession in at least two countries in Latin America

• Experience delivering international foreign assistance projects
• Experience with project financial management
• Experience in monitoring and evaluation
• Understanding of U.S. Department of State programs or foreign assistance work
• Understanding of or experience in antimoney laundering, investigative techniques, intelligence, or law
