Job Description:

The Role:

Our site in Hillsboro, Oregon is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you willbe responsible forscheduling and coordinating all daily shipping activities along with thetimelycompletion of the corresponding shipping transactions. You will work closely with carriers andlogisticsservice providers to ensure schedules are executed timelyand in compliance with US import/export regulations. In this role, you will work closely with individuals in other groups such as Production Planning, Quality, Shipping Operations & Customer Service to effectively meet customer and Entegris shipping requirements and expectations.

What You'll Do:

  • Book, schedule and coordinate weekly shipments with carriers or freight forwarders and communicate schedulestimely.

  • Create shipping order packets and corresponding shipping documents for all shipments with accuracy.

  • Ensure timelypreparation of all documentationbased on the shipping schedule for the day and complete transactions in SAP to meet on time shipment standards.

  • Schedule and coordinate receiving from local vendors and suppliers for the Hillsboro manufacturing plant.

  • Reviews freight quotes and make shipping recommendations and/or decisions.

  • Analyze inventory levels, sales orders, sales forecasts, and manufacturing capacity to build and implement a weekly shipping schedule.

  • Reduce costs by analyzing logisticsdatatoimproveefficiency, negotiating with carriers, and optimizing routes.

  • Measure and report key metrics (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives asrequired.

  • Support hazardous material shipments out of the Hillsboro plant.

  • Support shipment of materials that are outside of SAP inventory.

  • Respond to audit inquiries and address findings accurately andtimely.

  • Document and/or update departmental work instructions, Standard Operating Procedures and RACIs as needed orrequired.

  • Optimize inbound and outbound shipments to/from the 3PL warehouse daily.

  • Coordinate with warehouse providers and couriers to investigate delayed inbound and outbound shipments.

  • Conduct data maintenance of the ERP system to ensure accurate data and visibility to the Entegris supply chain.

  • Identify and drive cost saving projects.

  • Support new warehouse deployment projects as needed.

  • Report and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to align with compliance requirements.

  • Lead and coordinate quality investigations with internal and external parties to drive continuous improvements.

What We Seek:

  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics planning, factory planning, or manufacturing operations experience.

  • BS/BA in Supply Chain/Logistics and/or Businessor equivalent experience.

  • Sophisticated knowledge and experience working with data entry.

  • Skilled in managing complex scheduling processes and procedures.

  • Problem-solvingskillstohandledelays,damages,ordiscrepanciesinshipments.

  • Knowledge of best logistics practices.

  • Team orientated, analytical, proactive, with a strong ability to execute.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with ERP systems.

  • Strong oral, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and make data-centered decisions with quick turnaround times.

  • Reliable attendance.

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

  • Experience with SAP ERP

  • Experience with Power BI

  • The ability to build and foster relationships with business partners and collaboration through influencing and negotiation skills.

  • Experience with logistics and regulations for overseas shipments.
