About the role:

Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN

You will perform technical analyses and energy savings calculations, reviewing customer project submissions, supporting rebate and incentive determinations, and maintaining analytical tools used in prescriptive rebate programs. You will support both electric and gas conservation projects across select technology areas such as heating, cooling, refrigeration, compressed air, and other targeted enduses.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Review incoming customer energy efficiency project submissions
  • Evaluate submissions for technical completeness and data sufficiency
  • Request additional technical or operational information when needed
  • Perform energy efficiency calculations to estimate customer energy savings
  • Develop analyses comparing proposed projects versus baseline conditions
  • Support rebate and incentive determinations, including inputs for customer incentive letters
  • Develop, update, and maintain calculators for prescriptive rebate programs
  • Construct and refine technicalfinancial models consistent with regulatory and corporate guidance
  • Provide technical support to Marketing, Sales, and Account Management teams
  • Answer technical questions from account managers, customers, vendors, and manufacturers
  • Collaborate with product managers focused on specific technologies


Qualifications:



  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Technical or engineering knowledge
  • Perform energy efficiency and energy savings calculations
  • 1+ years of experience working with Excel (VBA preferred) and/or Python

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $39-43/hr.
