You have spent your career at the intersection of operational excellence and physical plant mastery. You have managed budgets that demand precision, led teams that demand leadership, and navigated the complexity of a major resort environment where nothing stops and everything matters. You do not wait for problems to find you. You find them first.

You have at least five years as a senior facilities leader at a major resort hotel and casino. You know OSHA inside and out. You can read a financial statement as fluently as a work order. You lead with accountability, develop your people with intention, and never confuse activity with results.

You also understand something that not every facilities leader does. In a luxury environment, your work is invisible when it is done right. And that is exactly how you want it.

What You Will Own:

• Strategic direction and day to day oversight of the full Facilities operation
• Construction and operational start-up execution for a major integrated resort opening
• Central plant, preventive maintenance, landscaping, and outdoor recreational facilities
• Departmental budgets, capital expenditures, and utility management across the entire property
• A team of managers, supervisors, and staff who will take their standard from you
• Compliance with all health, safety, and building codes in one of the most scrutinized regulatory environments in the industry
