Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business analysis and data-driven decision-making. As a Major Infrastructure intern, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the analysis of business processes, identify areas for improvement, and assist in the development of actionable solutions. You will help analyze data, gather requirements, and document findings while learning how to contribute to business strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.
• Help document business processes, workflows, and use cases.
• Assist with data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making.
• Support the identification of process inefficiencies and propose recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful execution of business analysis tasks.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions on project planning and implementation.
• Assist in the creation of project documentation and presentations.

Qualifications

• Entering senior year of an undergraduate program or be recent graduates of an undergraduate or master's program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Candidates must be local to one of our office locations. Bethpage NY, NYC, Golden CO, Wakefield MA, White Plains NY.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of business analysis tools or techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience.
