My client is hiring for an AP Specialist with competitive pay and growth opportunity! Job Description: * This high-volume Accounts Payable Specialist role demands daily minimum processing of 300 invoices (or daily minimum 500 verification) with <3% error rate, focusing on 3-way matching and PO-to-invoice reconciliation. * focuses on 3-way match, with production goals of 300 invoices/day and <3% error rate, and involves extensive training after an initial month in verification. * Technology Used: For verification, the team uses Hyland OnBase, Brainware, and dual monitors to check five data fields on invoices. * Invoice Processing: Enter vendor invoices, performing 3-way matching (PO, invoice, receipt) * Production Goal: Process a minimum average of 300 invoices daily. * Verification: Perform a minimum daily average of 500 data validations, balancing quantity and accuracy. * Accuracy Standard: Maintain a <3% error rate overall for each task. * Discrepancy Resolution: Research and resolve discrepancies, applying appropriate halt codes. * B2B (EDI): Audit and process electronic invoices in accordance with company procedures. * Credit Processing: Research and enter vendor credits in the system as per department standards. * Communication: Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely resolution.
