Unit Overview The Interventional Radiology (IR) unit at GW Hospital is a specialized area where patients receive minimally invasive, image-guided procedures for a variety of complex conditions. The IR team works in a technologically advanced, fast-paced environment, providing high-quality care and collaborating closely with physicians, technologists, and nurses to ensure excellent patient outcomes. Job Summary Our Interventional Radiology (IR) nurses provide specialized care for patients undergoing minimally invasive, image-guided procedures in a dynamic, collaborative setting. As an IR RN, you will support patients before, during, and after procedures, assist physicians with interventions, and ensure patient safety in a high-acuity environment focused on teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning.
