Team / Division Overview DWS is seeking a senior Institutional Salesperson Coverage professional in the Coverage Core Institutional team. You will be part of a global team within the Coverage (over 800 employees) deep U.S. institutional coverage team that includes relationship managers, investment specialists and client service and support groups. The position will be primarily responsible for acquiring new institutional clients as well as additional revenues from existing client base. We are seeking candidates intensely focused on asset owners and the consultants who advise them, who are self-motivated and have a strong history in, and knowledge of the institutional marketplace, particularly pensions, endowments and foundations. Most importantly, candidates should have a proven track record of developing business and maintaining relationships with the institutional client base in central US. The candidate should have a proven track record of closing business and maintaining relationships with the targeted or similar institutional client base. He/she should be team-oriented, have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. He/she should have current knowledge of investment products, investor demands and industry regulations. As important, the candidate must be comfortable with operating in a highly collaborative team environment. The salary range for this position in Chicago is $146,000 to $255,000 . Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
