As a Security Patrol Driver in Foothill Ranch, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and shoppers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas, helping to identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and visitor activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or hazards to help support daily operations at the location.
• Assist with opening and closing activities, remain visible throughout assigned areas, and provide guidance during alarms, evacuations, and/or other urgent situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
