Frist Source Work From Home Customer Service is seeking compassionate and customer-focused individuals to join our remote call center team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members, helping them navigate their health insurance needs with professionalism and care. Training Hours: 8am-8:00pm EST Monday - Friday Work scheduled: 8am-8:00pm EST Monday - Friday *Available on Weekends as company needs during peak times. Key Responsibilities:

Home connectivity:Must be cable or fiber internet and wired directly to the router with Ethernet jack for connectivity to PC capability.*No Wi-Fi or wireless extenders, No satellite, Starlink, Verizon or T-Mobile 4g/5g *Company will provide equipment; you will only be required to have a UL surge protector to protect equipment. Compensation & Benefits: $15.00 Your current state minimum wage cannot exceed the start wage of $15.00. Wage is non-negotiable. Potential pay earnings are up to additional $1.00 per hour. Attendance bonus for perfect attendance is $0.50 and completing full working schedule is another $0.50 per hour. This restarts every pay period and must meet qualifications each pay period. Working Environment This role may involve working with secure and confidential data, requiring adherence to strict data security and privacy standards.
