About the role

The Director of Executive Projects assists the SVP General Counsel in driving the business forward, managing special projects, and executing strategic initiatives. Leads assigned projects throughout all phases, ensuring long-term success. Accountable for multiple executive-level projects with varying levels of complexity and deliverables that are nationwide in scope and that support the Legal corporate function.

What you'll be doing

* Collaborates with senior leadership to create and execute project plans or road maps to be used for business transformation
* Leads and motivates cross-functional teams to execute internal non-IT programs/projects supporting strategic and operational plans
* Oversees and manages program priorities and continuous planning cycle activities
* Plans, directs, leads and manages all major business initiatives ie annual kick off meeting, annual awards meeting, quarterly meetings, and operations reviews
* Ensures execution of programs and/or projects are aligned and integrated with corporate strategies, plans and initiatives
* Consults with senior and executive management and serves as a liaison to internal and external partners on department and enterprise strategies
* Monitors, coordinates, documents, and communicates progress toward achievement of business goals, objectives, strategies and action plan results
* Monitors program and/or project deliverables and assists with early warning detection, problem triage, solution development and implementation
* Provides advice and guidance and negotiates approval of communication materials with executive management and Subject-Matter-Experts
* Ensures communications meet established standards of appearance and content and that all logistical requirements are satisfied
* Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

About you

Bachelor's degree with project management experience, preferably within Legal operations and/or Legal technology. Experience in working in a law firm or in-house legal department strongly preferred. Project Management certification is highly desirable. Minimum of eight (8) years of equivalent combination of post high school education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

* Ability to demonstrate business acumen and market insight.
* Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations.
* Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems.
* Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices and methodologies.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $104,540 - $191,656 Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan.

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
