Summary:

The MSP Transformation Lead plays a pivotal role in driving accountability, governance, and security for all Managed Service Providers (MSPs) supporting Retina Consultants of America (RCA) and other Managed Service Organizations (MSOs). As a key member of the Market Integration team, this role ensures seamless integration and operational continuity for acquired or divested IT infrastructure, while maintaining alignment with Cencora's IT Infrastructure Standards, Policies, and Procedures.

This position is responsible for unifying diverse teams and service providers under Cencora's strategic framework, ensuring a cohesive and compliant IT infrastructure across MSOs and their partners.

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Governance and Accountability for MSPs

  • Serve as thekey control role for MSP oversight, ensuring accountability and operational excellence across all service providers.

  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with MSOs strategic IT MSPs and Internal Enterprise Infrastructure and Cloud (EIC) team members.

  • Act as the primary liaison between MSPs, MSOs, and the Market Integration team to ensure seamless communication and partnership.

2. Compliance and Standards Alignment

  • Ensure IT MSPs and Internal EIC teams adhere toCencora's IT Infrastructure standards, processes, and procedures.

  • Collaborate with the Market Integration, EIC, and Information Security teams to align MSP operations with broader governance, security, and compliance strategies.

3. Contractual and Performance Oversight

  • Oversee and manage contractual agreements with MSPs, ensuring compliance with terms, conditions, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

  • Regularly assess and report MSP performance, ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds Cencora's expectations and requirements.

  • Address discrepancies or performance issues promptly with a focus on resolution and continuous improvement.

4. Risk Management and Security

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with MSP operations, ensuring alignment with theMarket Integration team's focus on security and operational continuity.

  • Proactively manage compliance-related risks to safeguard IT infrastructure and data.

5. Process Improvement and Strategic Alignment

  • Identify opportunities to improve alignment and address gaps between MSOs and MSPs in relation to IT infrastructure standards, processes, and procedures.

  • Drive maturity in IT infrastructure services by leveraging data, performance metrics, and industry best practices.

  • Contribute to thestrategic planning efforts of the Market Integration team, ensuring MSP activities align with broader organizational goals related to accountability, governance, and security.

Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Advanced degree preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a strong focus on MSP oversight, compliance, and governance.

  • Experience working in highly decentralized environments and managing integration efforts for acquired or divested infrastructure.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Proven experience in managing complex contractual agreements and SLAs.

  • Thorough understanding of IT infrastructure standards, compliance requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to drive improvements.
