Penguin Brand Dry Ice is the retail dry ice sales program of Airgas Dry Ice. We serve over 4,000 grocery stores on a direct store delivery basis coast to coast. The Regional Manager is responsible for the strategic development, administration, and retention of all branch operations leaders and their personal engagement with programs in a defined geographic area. This includes the leadership of all safety programs/direction, profit/loss results, efficiencies, distribution/logistic effectiveness, facilities, fleet readiness, customer service levels, quality control, sales, and human resources.
