The eventual goal is to qualify and move donors to Major Gift managed files as appropriate. The DRC also will partner with leaders, colleagues, and members of the Development Department in a range of activities to build strong relationships between Mid-level caseload donors and TSA programs, leading to increased support and partnership. EDUCATION: Required: High School Diploma or GED Preferred: BA/BS in relevant field such as Business or Sales or Marketing. WORK EXPERIENCE: Required: nonprofit fundraising, sales, marketing, public relations, customer service. License: Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
WORKING CONDITIONS: Works with sensitive and confidential material. Driving, driving long distances, overnight travel, and possible extended travel. The following equipment may be used: telephone, computer equipment, fax/copy machine, 10-key calculator, Frequent phone and in-person contact with people from diverse backgrounds.
