MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:

1.High School Diploma or Equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field

EXPERIENCE:

1. Two (2) years of administrative or secretarial experience

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The statements described here are intended to describe the general nature of work being performed by people assigned to this position. 1. Assists with all employee data using HRIS, personnel files and educational files.

2. Assists in obtaining all employment-related information including employment references, criminal background check, primary source license verification, employment offers, I-9, etc.

3. Assists with screening, evaluating, and prioritizing visitors and telephone calls in an appropriate manner

4. Assists new employee Orientation packets.

5. Serves as a support staff for other Human Resources Members.

6. Assists with hospital activities and community projects as assigned (RRR, bi-annual picnic, Hospital week, etc.).

7. Performs other clerical duties as assigned for HR, including but not limited to filing, editing, typing, etc.

9. Assists with creating new and replacement employee ID badges and maintains accurate information in the badge system.

10. Schedules meetings, prepares/maintains monthly calendars, securing times and contacting appropriate individuals.
