This is a part-time position ~20 hours per week.

The Marketing Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to marketing teams by managing campaigns, schedules, and deliverables. This role is focused on coordination, communication, accuracy, and organization to ensure marketing initiatives run smoothly and on time within a dynamic, brand-driven retail environment.

Core Responsibilities

*Manage multiple APP marketing campaigns simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

*Maintain and coordinate campaign calendars and schedules across cross-functional teams

*Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to support marketing activities and ensure alignment on deliverables

*Ensure accuracy in data entry, reporting, and all marketing materials prior to distribution

*Assist with report generation and presentation preparation for leadership and stakeholders

*Provide day-to-day administrative support to marketing team operations, including file management and process documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

*Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, calendars, and deadlines concurrently in a fast-paced environment

*Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration, coordination, and stakeholder engagement

*High level of attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality across all marketing materials

*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong competency in Excel and PowerPoint

*Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

*Proficiency in Smartsheet or similar project management and collaboration tools

*Prior experience in a retail, e-commerce, or consumer brand environment

*Familiarity with marketing campaign workflows, creative production timelines, or digital marketing platforms

Education

*Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
