Job Description

This role offers a starting range of $63,000 to $71,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.

As Recruiting & Outreach Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting / Hiring Events / Travel - Supports company-wide recruiting efforts through hiring events, community outreach, travel to facilities, and development of recruiting strategies and partnerships.
    • Represents INX at job fairs, hiring events, school, and community organizations.
    • Makes public presentations regarding INX, available opportunities, and career paths.
    • Coordinates with schools and colleges regarding internship programs when needed.
    • Develops and maintains relationships with schools, alumni groups, workforce organizations, and other community contacts to attract applicants.
    • Travels to INX locations to meet with hiring managers regarding open positions.
    • Coordinates with Senior Recruiter on recruiting challenges, and hiring strategies.
    • Assists hiring manager and Senior Recruiter in identifying recruiting needs and developing plans to fill openings.
    • Works with Senior Recruiter to make improvements to recruiting polices, procedures and practices.
    • Suggests and implements new methods for identifying and attracting high-quality candidates.
  • Local HR RepTraining Support
    • Helps train and support local HR repsat facilities across the US on recruiting and onboarding processes.
    • Provides guidance regarding recruiting procedures, systems, forms and best practices.
    • Assists in creating and updating training materials, guides, and standard processes.
  • HR Systems / Reporting
    • Maintains and updates HR databases, recruiting trackers, reports and other records.
    • Ensures applicant, recruiting, and onboarding information is accurate and current.
    • Assists with reporting related to open positions, recruiting activity, and hiring results.
  • Employee Relations / Corporate Support
  • Senior Recruiter Back-Up

Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from 4-year college or university in Human Resources; or 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of both.
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Be proficientwith Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with using HR and outside software/websites
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Exhibit flexibility, theability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands
  • Showcase speed, accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines
  • Be dependable with great work ethic
  • Have familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (SmartRecruiters experirence a plus)
