Associate Project Manager Fort McCoy, WI Pay From: $60,000 per year MUST: Eligible for NACI clearance to start Eligible for Secret clearance 4+ years of professional experience working as a Business Analyst 1+ year working as a Lead or Project Coordinator / Project Manager Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar) Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Experience with process modeling and workflow tools Proven ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets; elicit and document business requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to meet regularly with government client Experience meeting deadlines and due dates Highly orgnaized Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited university or 5 total years of BA experience in lieu of degree DUTIES: Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements elicitation sessions. Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements. Develop business cases and propose solutions for process improvements. Create data analysis reports and present findings to stakeholders. Support system implementation and business transformation initiatives.
