Hourly Pay Range: $52.24 - $80.97 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights:
A Brief Overview: As the Programmer Analyst III at Endeavor Health, you will be the expert resource responsible for assisting in specific areas of IT including full life cycle management, from analysis and design to deployment and maintenance of technology solutions and platforms. In addition, you will contribute toward identifying opportunities with the goal of reducing manual efforts, supporting the growth of the organization, promoting patient and user experience, and helping create innovative solutions with operations. You will help foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders, promote the consistent use of available tools, techniques, workflows, and platforms, and perform administrative tasks as assigned. The role also assists in mentoring and training other department members in understanding business models and issues, and provides leadership and mentorship to the team, guiding junior analysts in best practices, problem-solving techniques, and professional development. To be successful in this role, the expectation is you will remain updated on the latest solutions and technologies and advocate for the adoption of industry best practices. What you will do:
