The Configuration Management (CM) Business Analyst collaborates with external and internal teams and is responsible for designing, customizing, and maintaining services configuration and rollout. You will work with various solution and product managers/ owners in defining and building the configuration requirements to support SEI's technical platforms (client, intermediary and operational) and processes.

These platforms and processes include:

* Client platform: the technology and business processes that support SEI business units
* Intermediary platform: the technology and business processes that support SEI's intermediaries (advisors, enterprise and bank)
* Operational platform: the technology and business processes that supports SEI's middle office operational unit
* Relationship management collaboration: any process and technology (including mobile and web) that allows the interaction between the different interested parties using SEI's platforms (operations, intermediary, relationship management and end-investor)
* Enterprise Architecture: the databases, workflow, rules engines and business components that constitute SEI's leveraged Enterprise Architecture.
Integration to back office processing systems (SEI's and others)
Integration of third party portfolio management and analytic systems

You will coordinate with CM Implementation Leads to create customized business operating model in support of the SWP client firms use of the Platform. You also support:
* Ongoing configuration changes requested by the various users including client firm users.
* Production issues related to CM data
* SME support for respective functional component like PME, Cash, Fees, Tax etc.
* Maintenance of CM data in baseline and across environments

What you will do:

* Support or participate in various simultaneous client and internal projects or initiatives
* Establish relationships within the internal and external business community.
* Participate in project plans for each client implementation or client project in conjunction with the project management team
* Interaction with SWP Development and Implementation representatives in gathering business requirements and ensure that end deliverables meet original business needs.
* Execute scripts for the purpose of maintaining production/implementation environments in relation to Configuration Management owned databases
* Engage various internal teams as needed to support potential changes in service including development needs
* Engage in automation projects as defined for efficiency within the Configuration Management team
* Support the development of the project management lifecycle through standardization and continuous improvement efforts
* Ensure that all interdependencies and resource needs are captured and managed
* Maintain project and team artifacts. Document/communicate key decisions, open issues, case studies, workflow and functional requirements.
* Effectively support status updates to SEI stakeholders and clients as needed
* Proactively recommend innovations and modifications which are in compliance with industry requirements and are consistent with corporate objectives and goals to improve operational processes, systems, policies and procedures.
* Perform effectively in a team environment including internal SEI teams (market units, development, operations)
* Be able to function as an individual contributor and make independent decisions where needed

What we need from you:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, IS/IT with business emphasis, or related filed required
* A minimum of 1 year of Project Management or Business Analysis experience in the financial services industry or wealth management
* Oracle SQL skills and ability to interact with, manage, and maintain data in RDBMS oriented application.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Project, and/or Visio; SharePoint, Confluent a plus
* SEI Wealth Platform systems knowledge is a plus.

* Ability to infer from previous examples, willingness to understand how an application is put together

This team follows a hybrid schedule and work 3 days in the office.
