Job Summary The Senior Human Resources Generalist supports HR Business Partners in delivering a full range of HR services within Masimo's dynamic environment. This position plays a critical role in executing and enhancing core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, organizational changes, performance management, engagement initiatives, training, and compliance with employment laws. Acting as a trusted resource to employees and managers, the Senior HR Generalist independently manages employee relations matters and provides guidance on day-to-day HR issues, while partnering closely with HR Business Partners on more complex or strategic initiatives. This role operates with a high level of autonomy within defined scope and serves as a key extension of HR Business Partners in managing day-to-day people matters. Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $88,000 - $108,000 plus benefits. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience. This position also qualifies for up to 10% annual bonus based on Company, department, and individual performance.
