This position involves a variety of responsibilities that support the Human Resources department. The role includes handling tasks related to data management, presentation creation, and administrative support. Below are the detailed responsibilities and qualifications required for this position:


Responsibilities

  • Use Excel and Access for data management and reporting.
  • Create complex presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Develop charts and graphs using various database information.
  • Assist with training class scheduling and ensure proper classroom setup.
  • Create surveys and perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, ordering supplies, and making travel arrangements.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare and administrative roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and establish recruitment timelines.
  • Source candidates through job boards, internal systems, referrals, and targeted outreach efforts.
  • Review resumes and conduct screenings to assess qualifications and eligibility requirements.
  • Ensure all candidates meet minimum qualifications, including civil service, licensing, and credentialing standards.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Paycom).
  • Monitor job postings to ensure timely routing, approvals, and renewals.
  • Support high-volume recruitment efforts and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to support pre-employment and onboarding processes.
  • Generate and track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate pipeline activity.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or a high-volume environment.
  • Experience recruiting for clinical, behavioral health, or administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems such as PeopleSoft, Paycom, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, credentialing, and hiring standards within healthcare.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Education Requirement

  • High School Diploma/ GED.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field.


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Two years of experience in a relevant role.
  • This role works closely with hiring managers and operational leadership to ensure timely hiring and compliance with civil service and credentialing requirements.
