SCOPE The Manager of Maternal & Infant Health supports the implementation of March of Dimes' mission strategy by managing programs, partnerships, and initiatives that improve maternal and infant health outcomes within an assigned geographic area or project portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Maternal & Infant Health, this role focuses on executing key initiatives, coordinating partnerships, and supporting community engagement efforts aligned with national and state priorities. The Manager works with community partners, volunteers, and internal teams to implement evidence-informed programs, support advocacy initiatives, and advance projects that address priority maternal and infant health needs. Through strong collaboration, program management, and data-informed decision-making, the Manager contributes to initiatives that reduce disparities and improve outcomes for moms and babies.
