Position Title: Float Phlebotomist II

Work Location: 185 S Harry Truman Pkwy Annapolis MD

Candidate will be floating to different locations within Annapolis, MD

Assignment Duration: 3 months

Work Schedule: 1st Shift | Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Position Summary: Drawing patients is the main responsibility.

The role requires assisting the team in a time of need and supporting operations in a busy lab setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily venipunctures, drawing 25-40 patients on average.
• Work in a fast-paced Patient Service Center environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Complete training (typically 2 weeks, depending on experience).

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years' experience performing venipunctures in a lab or hospital setting.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Able to work with all patient age groups.
• Familiarity with team-based workflow in PSC.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

• Must be able to stand 4-6 hours per day.
• Busy, patient-facing environment.

Additional Information:

• Vaccines Required: Hep B, TB, MMR. Optional: T-DAP, Flu, Varicella.
• Potential for assignment extension.

Mobile-Optimized JD Summary:

Draw 25-40 patients/day in a fast-paced PSC. Onsite in Annapolis, MD. 2+ yrs venipuncture exp required. Full-time, 1st shift.
