Description Job Title: Financial Reporting Specialist Location: Buffalo Grove, IL (Hybrid) Employment Type: Contract (Potential to Convert) Industry: Manufacturing Compensation: $28.00 /hr. This role assists with routine and non-routine financial tasks. Working with finance and operational teams to improve financial processes and support accurate and timely reporting for business stakeholders. This position will monitor financial and operational processes and support accurate and timely reporting for business stakeholders. This will involve analyzing large datasets for inconsistencies, identifying priority issues, and driving resolution by engaging with cross-functional teams in the organization. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED. 2+ years of experience in Excel. 2+ years of experience in data analysis and pivot tables. What Sets You Apart: Associate Degree. A willingness to develop business understanding and contribute to the team effort. The ability to generate ideas and drive improvements to processes, business methods, or technical components. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis). Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and experience or interest in data analytics, reporting tools, or automation (Power BI).
