What You'll Do: Troubleshoots problems with the facility and facility equipment. Requisitions repairs or recommends replacements based on diagnosis of problems. Supervises and coordinates installations and/or repairs of equipment, electrical, pneumatics, air, water, and sewer by working with outside contractors. Works to expedite installations and/or repairs to avoid delays in production. Obtains competitive quotes from reputable and quality vendors when pricing for goods and/or services. Assists in the training of operation of facility equipment. Maintains an ongoing preventative/predictive maintenance program for facility and facility equipment. Maintains an organized parts inventory. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High school diploma and GED equivalent. Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience required. Minimum 2 years Maintenance experience required. What Sets You Apart: Food processing experience preferred. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, lifting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties. Able to lift 50 lbs. Ability to work as team member and meet assigned deadlines. Work comfortably in a fast-paced environment. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Follow safety standards in working with multiple services, tools, and equipment. Perform any and all other duties as instructed by leadership and management.
