Position: Corporate Development Co-op Number of Position (s): 1 Duration: 4 months Date: September - December 2026 Location: Sunnyvale, CA Educational Recommendation: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field from an accredited U.S. institution. or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field from an accredited U.S. institution. Support financial analysis and assist in developing valuation models for M&A and strategic initiatives. Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to support business decisions. Gather, organize, and analyze information for planning, investment reviews, and strategic projects. Maintain project trackers, databases, and reporting tools to ensure accurate and accessible information. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deal execution, research initiatives, and process improvements, mergers and acquisitions (M&A)the accuracy and accessibility of Mergers Interest in corporate finance, valuation, mergers and acquisitions, or business strategy. Experience using Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, or present information. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work with detailed information while maintaining accuracy and organization. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with appropriate guidance and support. Curiosity and willingness to learn new concepts, tools, and business processes. Ability to collaborate effectively with others while also working independently on assigned tasks. It would be nice if you had: Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable asking questions and sharing ideas. Attention to detail and a willingness to receive feedback.
