What You'll Do Support project managers across engineering, production, and supply chain teams Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and update status reports Coordinate communication between internal departments and external vendors Track materials, equipment, and resource requirements Compile BOMs, project specs, and work instructions Monitor project progress and escalate risks or delays as needed Prepare agendas, document action items, and support project meetings What You Bring Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1-3 years of project coordination, administrative, or manufacturing support experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Bonus: experience with MS Project or Smartsheet, or background in manufacturing/production environments Benefits Competitive weekly pay Weekly direct deposit Medical, dental, vision & life insurance 401(k) option Apply Now - Your organizational skills deserve a project worth organizing.
