Required Skills for Success

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Updated resume with solid work history and professional references
• Strong typing and computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Positive attitude with a "whatever it takes" mindset
• Reliable attendance is required
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

A Day in This Role

• Answer patient billing calls and provide excellent customer service
• Process payments and resolve account inquiries
• Follow up on insurance claims and refile when necessary
• Verify insurance eligibility and coverage information
• Sort, organize, and file paperwork accurately
• Support front desk operations as needed
• Maintain productivity in a fast-paced office environment
