Pay Rate: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | Flexible Schedule | Part-Time

Become our next Accounts Payable Clerk in Farmers Branch and help manage invoices, receipts, and payment tracking. If balancing worksheets, clearing queues, and staying ahead of the numbers feels good, this role is built for you.

Responsibilities:

• Review invoices for accuracy, proper documentation, and approvals prior to processing payments.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents and coordinate with purchasing to resolve discrepancies
• Print, obtain signatures for, and distribute accounts payable checks
• Prepare garnishment checks and process ACH postings within the ERP system
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships
• Maintain accounts payable reports, records, and electronic filing systems
• Compile and maintain W9 forms and support annual 1099 preparation and compliance reporting
• Assist the Controller and Owner with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
• Schedule ACH payments to ensure vendor discounts are met and payments are processed on time
• Order office supplies as needed and provide backup support for accounts receivable purchasing functions
• Perform general filing, recordkeeping, and additional duties as assigned

• Excellent vendor relations and customer service skills with the ability to respond professionally and meet commitments
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, quality, and thoroughness in daily work
• Ability to meet productivity standards and complete assignments within deadlines
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage changing priorities and unexpected situations
• Dependable with consistent attendance, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions and management direction
• Willingness to accept feedback and continuously improve performance
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a collaborative office environment
