We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the strategy, execution, and growth of our advertising and audience platform, powering activation across social, display, and targeted email for SMB and enterprise customers. This leader will own the endtoend product lifecycle, partnering closely with Engineering and Data Science to deliver scalable systems for targeting, optimization, and crosschannel measurement. The role is highly crossfunctional, working with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal/Compliance, and key external partners (e.g., Meta, Google, Tik Tok).
This is a product leadership role focused on building software and platform capabilities, not on daytoday campaign execution.
Key responsibilities
Product strategy & vision
- Define and drive the multiyear product and platform strategy for our advertising and audience products.
- Develop a unified vision for crosschannel activation and optimization across search, social, display, and email, grounded in firstparty data.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear, prioritized roadmaps and measurable OKRs for multiple product teams.
Product delivery & platform development
- Lead product teams building core capabilities: campaign orchestration, audience/identity services, and attribution/ROAS measurement.
- Partner with engineering leaders and architects on system design, technical tradeoffs, and platform evolution.
- Implement strong product development practices (PRDs, discovery, prioritization, agile execution, instrumentation) to ensure highquality, ontime delivery.
Data, optimization & AI
- Partner with Data Science to define and deliver predictive targeting, automated bidding/budget allocation, and crosschannel attribution and LTV models.
- Embed AI/ML into production systems, including experimentation, feedback loops, and model performance monitoring.
- Use product analytics and experimentation to drive continuous optimization of performance and user outcomes.
Platform integrations & governance
- Own the roadmap for integrations with media and data partners (Meta, Google, Tik Tok, DSPs, email, CRM/CDP, and other firstparty data platforms).
- Define data contracts and integration patterns in collaboration with engineering to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Ensure the platform adheres to privacy, security, and data governance requirements (e.g., CCPA, GDPR, HIPAA where applicable) in partnership with Legal, Security, and Compliance.
Commercial impact & adoption
- Partner with GTM, Sales, and Marketing to shape pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies for the ads and audience platform.
- Define and monitor product success metrics (revenue, margin, attach/usage, retention, NPS) and use them to inform roadmap decisions.
- Enable scalable sales motions (selfserve and managed) through clear value propositions, product positioning, and enablement.
Customer & market insight
- Deeply understand advertiser and partner needs around performance visibility, transparency, and control.
- Lead ongoing discovery using customer research, product analytics, and market insights to identify opportunities and inform prioritization.
- Ensure the product delivers clear, differentiated value across SMB, midmarket, and enterprise segments and key verticals.
Leadership & team development
- Build, lead, and mentor a highperforming team of product leaders and PMs.
- Foster a strong product culture of clear accountability, datadriven decisions, and executiveready communication.
- Raise the bar on product craft (problem framing, narrative storytelling, experimentation) and effective partnership with engineering and data science.
Qualifications
Required
- 12-15+ years in Product Management for software, platforms, or largescale data products, including 7+ years leading product teams.
- Proven track record building and scaling Ad Tech, media, or data platforms (e.g., bidding, targeting, attribution, or related systems).
- Deep experience working directly with engineering and data science on complex, distributed systems and AP Idriven products.
- Experience integrating with major media and data platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, DSPs, email, CRM/CDP) and using data to drive optimization.
- Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and align crossfunctional teams.
Preferred
- Experience in SMB/local advertising ecosystems and multisegment product strategy (SMB, midmarket, enterprise).
- Experience in CRM integration and firstparty data activation.
- Background in AI/M Ldriven optimization, experimentation, and measurement.
- Familiarity with privacy, security, and datasharing considerations (e.g., CCPA, GDPR, HIPAA) in datadriven products.
This role is not focused on handson campaign management or media buying; we are looking for a senior product leader who excels at building and scaling software platforms.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $195,000 and $200,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
