IT Intern - This is a fully onsite position in Lindenwood, Illinois. Candidates must already live within commuting distance. No remote work and no relocation assistance is available. Responsibilities Assist with providing technical support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems, and answering IT-related inquiries. Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolution or escalation as needed. Gain exposure to system administration tasks, including user account management, software installation and updates, and system configuration. Contribute to IT projects under the guidance of project managers and IT professionals. Qualifications Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges. Work Environment The role involves exposure to fumes, heat, mechanical parts, and other industrial conditions.
