Electronic Assembler:

Assemble Kits made of Electrical / Mechanical Components and Fasteners. Perform Assembly of Cable / Wire Harnesses Electrical / Mechanical Wire and Component Integration on Assemblies made of Composites and Metal Material to IPC/WHMA-A-620 and 610 standards. Position requires ability to read and interpret Drawings, Specifications, Part Numbers, and their Descriptions including markings and workmanship requirements for acceptability.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of simplistic task with assembly of electronic and mechanical hardware assemblies.

  • 2-10 years' experience building cables

  • IPC620 and IPC610 experience

CNC Machinist:

This position will be responsible for the operation of machining centers. This position will require the machinist to edit programs, as needed, in order to increase productivity. Must be able to identify programing errors during machine set up. Must be able to work independently and have the ability to train less experienced machinist. The Machinist III must be able to identify fixturing needs and tooling requirements.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, a trade school certificate or equivalent a minimum of 5 years CNC machining experience or 1 Years of Master CAM programming experience along with 4 additional years of CNC milling experience

  • Machinist must be able to set up a CNC center to perform machining on complex parts utilizing 3, 4, and 5 axis mills or lathes

  • Master Cam experience is a plus.

Mechanical Assembler:

The Assembler assembles kits made of Mechanical Parts, Hardware, Fasteners, Adhesives. Perform Assembly of Mechanical piece parts into sub-assemblies to top level assemblies, Perform Integration, Sheet Metal work, Assemble & Repair Assemblies made of Composite Material. Position requires ability to read and interpret Drawings, Specifications, Part Numbers, and their Descriptions including markings and workmanship requirements for acceptability.

Qualifications:

  • Work experience as an assembler or apprentice

  • High School Diploma or Trade School Graduate

  • 5-year technical experience in an Aerospace, Military, Defense, Manufacturing, Army, Assembly, or similar background

Electrical Quality Inspector:

Yulista is a fast passed government contractor specializing in high-mix, low volume environment. Electrical Quality Inspectors perform detailed electrical inspection of products for compliance to the technical data package via in-process and final inspection phases.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Trade School Graduate

  • Four (4) years Quality experience, minimum of four (4) years working with standards, policies, and regulatory requirements (Government and/or Commercial).

  • Understanding of IPC-J-STD-001, IPC-A-600, IPC-WHMA-620, MIL-STD-454 (1 or more)

Electrical Manufacturing Manager: 2nd shift (Starts at 4:30pm)

The Electrical Manufacturing Manager is responsible for the analysis and performance monitoring of the effectiveness of all Electrical manufacturing departments. This Manager is responsible all production of electrical box assemblies, wire harness fabrication, soldering, testing, etc.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • 10 years task related experience or bachelor's with 5 years of related experience

  • Must have a background in electrical manufacturing processes

  • Must be knowledgeable of electrical manufacturing processes and have a working knowledge of Aviation spec SAE-AS50881, IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC-A-610, and J-STD-001

Mechanical Execution Planner:

The Mechanical Execution Planner is an integral part of the production control team. He / she will be responsible for completely dissecting a technical data package (TDP) to determine appropriate build steps including machining, fabrication, welding, plating, painting, non-destructive testing (NDT), etc. The mechanical execution planner must be able to effectively communicate with supervisors, floor techs performing the work, as well as quality control personnel. The execution planner will administer production control operations and ensure continuous improvement of scheduling and sequencing processes, control and handling of inventories, on-time delivery, and cost mitigation.

Electrical Execution Planner:

The execution planner will administer production control operations and ensure continuous improvement of scheduling and sequencing processes, control and handling of inventories, on-time delivery, and cost mitigation.
