Supermicro is seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Program Manager to join our R&D team. This role will be responsible for driving and leading the full lifecycle program execution of switch platforms. The successful candidate will orchestrate complex, cross-functional initiatives involving hardware, firmware, software, validation, and customer deployment. You will serve as the central program leader, ensuring seamless coordination between internal Supermicro teams and key partner's engineering, operations, and support organizations. This is a high-visibility role that requires strong technical acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage sophisticated technology programs in a fast-paced environment. This role will be based in our headquarters, located in San Jose, CA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Salary Range
$160,000 - $180,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
