To Crush This Job

• Experience operating industrial sewing machines or similar industrial equipment (preferred)
• Ability to read and follow work orders, alteration instructions, and customer specifications
• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
• Ability to meet production deadlines and maintain consistent output
• Basic mechanical aptitude for routine machine care and troubleshooting
• Understanding of workplace safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to inspect finished work for accuracy, fit, and workmanship quality
• Strong communication skills to report issues, defects, or equipment concerns
• Ability to maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace
• Willingness to assist with additional production and alteration tasks as needed

Your Role on the Floor

• Operate industrial sewing machines to perform garment alterations, repairs, and modifications
• Complete internal and external customer orders accurately and within production timelines
• Follow work orders and alteration instructions to meet customer specifications
• Inspect garments before and after alterations to ensure quality and proper fit
• Maintain daily production and quality standards
• Identify and report garment defects, equipment issues, or inconsistencies to supervisors
• Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning and basic troubleshooting of sewing equipment
• Follow all safety procedures when operating machinery and handling materials
• Keep workstation clean, organized, and efficient
• Support additional production and alteration tasks as assigned
