Overview

The Advanced Business Admin Specialist is responsible for managing complex data, financial budgets, administrative tasks, and project coordination with minimal supervision, ensuring efficient operations and supporting organizational goals. This role requires advanced knowledge of industry practices, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

  • Experience with data extraction, transformation, and visualization using tools such as Power BI and Excel
  • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies and applying them to business processes
  • Background in budget management, financial forecasting, or performance reporting
  • Experience coordinating projects or serving as a liaison across multiple business functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI
What you'll experience
  • Identifying and implementing AI-driven solutions to improve day-to-day work processes
  • Supporting budget development, monitoring, and status reporting across the organization
  • Building charts, graphics, and dashboards that inform key organizational decisions
  • Coordinating cross-functional projects with teams spanning Business, Finance, Facilities, IT, HR, and Security
  • Contributing directly to departmental and program goals in a mission-critical environment
What you bring to the table
  • Proficiency in data mining, manipulation, and visualization using Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  • Working knowledge of AI tools with demonstrated ability to integrate them into work processes
  • Strong application of finance concepts and principles, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and compliance

Target salary range: USD $90,000.00/Yr. - USD $95,000.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
