Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering Minimum of 5 years in analog and mixed-signal circuit design, especially for precision instrumentation, signal conditioning, and IC applications Proficiency with schematic capture and simulation tools such as PADS, LTSpice, or similar Strong understanding of mixed-signal simulation, PCB layout, and signal integrity Knowledge of impedance matching, EMI/EMC standards (RTCA DO-160, MIL-STD-810/461) Experience with power electronics, including AC/DC, DC/DC, and DC/AC conversion Excellent attention to detail, organization, and results-oriented mindset Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) Previous work within the aviation industry Preferred Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering At least 5 years of relevant experience in analog/mixed-signal design Experience designing avionics or aerospace systems is a plus Other Requirements: Ability to perform hardware testing, troubleshooting, and soldering in both office and lab environments Familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including layout, mechanical, software, and certification engineers Occasional travel may be required for certifications or project coordination This is your chance to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, innovative environment.
