Your potential is our inspiration. This position supports the Midnight Shift (11:30 PM - 7:50 AM, Monday-Friday) in our Liquid Compounding Department.

Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Lead daily operations in the Liquid Compounding Department while ensuring strict adherence to safety and food safety standards

  • Execute and oversee batch making and filling activities in accordance with specifications

  • Coordinate production flow to meet daily output and quality targets

  • Lead, motivate, and support chemical operators to drive performance and accountability

  • Train and retrain team members to ensure full compliance with operational and safety requirements

  • Partner with Quality to ensure products meet specifications and support deviation investigations and CAPAs

  • Ensure accurate completion, retention, and compliance of all production documentation

  • Collaborate with Maintenance and Warehouse teams to maximize equipment uptime and material availability

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including 6S and process optimization projects

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 2-5 years of experience in a food or chemical manufacturing environment

  • Strong working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, OSHA requirements, and food safety regulations

  • Experience in process manufacturing and handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to read, collect, and analyze process data using lab and analytical equipment

  • Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Excel, and inventory control processes

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to operate forklifts and safely handle physical job demands (drums and bags)

  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and safety

How Would You Stand Out?

  • Previous SAP experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Hands-on experience working with food-grade or flavor products

  • Mechanical aptitude and experience supporting equipment troubleshooting
