We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory accuracy, support production operations, and ensure inventory integrity. If you're ready to grow your skills and make a real impact, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records by tracking receipts, transfers, adjustments, and shipments
  • Ensure materials are available to support production schedules and workstation needs
  • Monitor and coordinate material flow throughout the manufacturing process
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards and inventory control procedures
  • Process inventory transactions in SAP and maintain accurate inventory data

What We're Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2+ years of inventory control, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or supply chain experience in an industrial setting
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Valid Driver License required

Physical and Other Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, kneel and stoop
  • Occasionally required to climb and operate a sit-down forklift
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
