CLA is looking to hire a Solutions Architect you will works closely with the Lead Solutions Architect and Director of Enterprise Architecture to build a holistic view of the overall architecture for the firm. The focus of the position is to own the creation, endorsement, and utilization of the ITS architecture that guides the Firm through acquiring, building, modifying, and interfacing ITS resources throughout the organization. The Solutions Architect supports the Senior and Lead Solutions Architects by creating architecture drawings, providing level 4 support, and managing Technical Projects that span across all IT teams.

As a You Solutions Architect will be responsible for the following:

• Design and guide technology solutions that align business goals with scalable, secure, and sustainablearchitectures.

• Create and maintain operating procedures and technical documentation for new and existingprocesses, policies, and strategy.

• Participate in project teams that are either directly associated withMarTechand CRM technologyor that use data fromthesesystems.

• Assist with periodic IT security and user access for all systems as required.

• Review application demands for impact on existing configuration andidentifyopportunities via change management processes, inclusive of system and user acceptance testing, user training, and support documentation.

• Manage optimization related to security and data integrity for theapplicationsand integrations.

• Work with IT and business users to identify new strategies and IT procedures to increaseefficiency and enhance workflow.

• Communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

• Strategic thinker with ability to balance longterm vision and shortterm execution. Ability to prioritize effectively and escalate conflicts when needed.

• Highly collaborative, outcomedriven, and comfortable managing ambiguity.

• Ability to work with large teams and a variety of people,includingteam members, management, IT and business users.

CLA is looking to hire a Senior D365 Solutions Architect to join our growing Enterprise IT team.The Senior D365 Solutions Architectworks with CLA'sMarketing Technologyteam to supportmarketing and relationship managementtechnology. The Senior Solutions Architectis responsible fortranslating business strategy into scalable, secure enterprise solutiondesignin theMarTech and CRMenvironment.

What you will need:

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience is required, four of which needs to be in IT Solutions Architecture

• Relevant AI certifications such as IBM AI Engineering, Google Cloud ML Engineer, or Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate preferred

• Certifications demonstrating strategic AI leadership (e.g., AI Executive, CAIS) are preferred

Education

• Bachelor's degree in information technologyor related field, or an equivalent combination ofeducation and experience.

TravelRequirements- Thispositionrequires<10%travel.
