The Project Management Office (PMO) Director will lead and manage large, complex projects that span multiple plants within the organization. The PMO Director will be responsible for establishing the Project Management Office function and working in collaboration with project-based businesses across Southwire to deliver the foundational elements for achieving and sustaining world-class project performance. In conjunction with others, the PMO Director will institute the processes necessary for effective management of projects, and will select, deploy, and continually improve supporting procedures and software solutions that boost project-related business insight, improve decision-making, and drive productivity gains. Finally, the Director will be core to developing Project Management competence and will work with the businesses and P&C to ensure recruiting, training, and career advancement are supportive of the mission. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Years of Experience: 8-11 Years Preferred Education & Experience
Minimum Education Level: Masteras degree Licenses/Certificates: PMP Certification Years of Experience: 12-14 Years Spans of Control
