Position Summary: The Life Enrichment Assistant brings Eskaton's WellPath Program to life by supporting residents in living with purpose, joy, and connection each day. This role helps plan and lead programs that nurture the whole person-mind, body, and spirit-through creativity, movement, learning, reflection, and community engagement. Essential Job Functions:

Starting pay ranges from $19.40 per hour - $24.44 per hour. Factors such as scope, responsibilities, experience, education, job-related skills, internal equity, and market considerations may influence base pay. Qualifications: Education: High school graduation or equivalent G.E.D. Training and Experience: Previous experience working with the elderly in a recreational setting preferred. Job Knowledge: Knowledge of Title XXII and OBRA preferred. Understands the aspects of leading an activity. Work Conditions and Physical Requirements:
The final candidate must successfully pass Eskaton's post offer, pre-employment testing which includes a criminal background check, drug test, TB screen test and health screen.
