The Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FFE) Coordinator works to maintain hospital aesthetics. The role includes CHCO sites at the Anschutz, Colorado Springs, and network of care (NOC) facilities. This position will be responsible for maintaining program standards and assessments for updates at regular intervals.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Submits furniture orders, schedules installations and coordinates with all users, leads the furniture recycling and donation programs. Maintains inventory and evaluates new verses reupholstering of existing systems. Standardizes and maintains furniture standards throughout all CHCO facilities.
- Manages Interior projects such as large-scale and systems furniture replacements of: signage refresh or rebrand, support for new hospital builds and renovations, and others projects as assigned.
- Schedules vendors for furniture/signage work orders, administrative workspace reconfigurations and moves. Establishes licensed vendors for all furniture work including ordering and installing. Tracks and maintains all warranty work along with vendor scheduling including furniture assets in electronic system.
- Maintains digital furniture plans for all CHCO sites.
- Responsible for maintaining the wayfinding standards (signage) for CHCO sites and NOC locations for interior signage work orders and small project orders.
- Stays current on all codes and regulatory agencies in order to maintain compliance and safety. Maintains continuous education on management of interiors standards and program implementation practices.

Salary Information
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $71,040.18 to $106,560.27
