Compensation: $35.06 - $38.57/Hour
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week

What You'll Do:
  • Assist production teams by performing tasks and services that support manufacturing operations.
  • Complete sub-assembly work, testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance activities.
  • Partner with engineers to execute special tests, experiments, and validation activities.
  • Document and monitor safety, security, and quality-related issues impacting operations.
  • Operate specialized testing equipment, including leak testers and alignment instruments.
  • Pressurize gas and water systems using helium and troubleshoot system failures.
  • Read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs), routing sheets, inventory records, and work instructions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following 5S standards and cleanliness procedures.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • 2+ years of experience with electronic and pneumatic tools
What Sets You Apart:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and report findings effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
  • Advanced understanding of company policies and technical procedures.
  • Mechanical and electronic background.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting complex software-driven electronic systems (excluding circuit-board level).
  • Familiarity with cleanroom protocols.
  • Proficient with tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, chart recorders, and helium sniffers.
  • Ability to read and interpret data and documents, interact effectively, and learn new skills.
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
  • Frequent sitting, walking, talking, hearing, and manual dexterity. Occasional lifting/moving of up to 50 pounds.
  • Visual acuity requirements include close, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
  • Ability to work under deadlines in a moderate temperature and noise environment.
  • Must wear approved cleanroom attire (facemask, hood, coveralls, safety shoes, eyewear, gloves).
