Location: San Antonio, TX
Employment Type: Contract with potential to cover Direct
Industry: Manufacturing
Compensation: $19.50/Hour
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week 1 st Shift
7:30 AM - 4 PM.
About the Opportunity:
  • This Service Project Manager will be responsible for developing quick, high-level resolutions to our customers' warranty-related issues.
  • This role will work within the client's SI EA business unit and will support the client's Inverter and Energy Storage product portfolio.
  • Lead complex customer issue resolution by coordinating cross-functional teams and driving corrective actions.
  • Partner with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and field service teams to implement sustainable solutions.
  • Improve customer satisfaction while reducing post-delivery costs through effective problem-solving and process improvements.

What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the primary owner for high-level customer issue resolution from identification through closure.
  • Coordinate activities across engineering, research and development, project management, sales, manufacturing, and quality teams.
  • Collaborate with factories and quality departments to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Provide regular updates and status communications to customers and internal stakeholders throughout the resolution process.
  • Work closely with field service teams and external vendors to align on repair methods, materials, and implementation plans.
  • Analyze root causes and drive continuous improvement initiatives to prevent recurring issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve departmental processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
  • Deliver timely and cost-effective solutions while supporting after-delivery cost reduction objectives.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of Customer service experience within a fast-paced environment
What Sets You Apart:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Project Management skills with excellent Business acumen
  • High-level computer skills (SAP and Salesforce experience)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining organization and control
  • Good verbal skills to aid in customer communications
  • Good leadership skills to bring multiple teams together for the resolution and identification of complex customer issues.

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
  • Up to 10% travel to discuss high-profile customer issues to ensure customer relations stay positive
