Description Job Title: Finance Analyst Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid) Employment Type: Contract (6 months) Industry: Manufacturing Compensation: $59.42 - $68.57 /hr. Schedule: 40 hrs/Week. - (1 ^st shift) About the Opportunity: Financial Analyst or Commission Specialist with strong finance acumen. Responsible for executing the full commission cycle (monthly, quarterly, and annual). Commission Approval Workflow Management. Manage the monthly commission approval cycle within Anaplan. Coordinate multi-step approval workflows (Managers Directors VPs Sales Finance Head of Sales Finance). Execute monthly commission timelines and validation. Ensure all inputs and adjustments are captured and processed. Act as the central point of contact between Sales, Sales Leadership, and Finance. Communicate approval status, delays, and escalations. Identify and resolve workflow issues. Manage exception workflows via Jira. Maintain reporting of approvals and cycle progress. Ensure timely and accurate commission approvals. Improve workflow efficiency and transparency. Reduce manual follow-ups and delays. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED. 3+ years of Hands-on experience with commission processes, including calculations and compensation logic. 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance Operations, or Commission Administration. 3+ years of experience in managing workflows and stakeholders. What Sets You Apart: Proven ability to analyze and improve existing processes and drive automation initiatives. Good stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Sales Leadership. Experience with Anaplan. Familiarity with Anaplan or tools.
