Description Job Title: Senior Proposal Manager Location: Jacksonville, TX Employment Type: Salaried direct employee Industry: Data Center Compensation: $110K salary Schedule: M-F days About the Opportunity: The Senior Proposal Manager leads the Application Engineering, Customer Care, Aftermarket Sales, and Proposal functions. This position serves as the primary technical and commercial resource supporting customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders across commercial refrigeration, industrial refrigeration, data center cooling, dry coolers, condensers, and heat transfer solutions. Manage technical proposal development, equipment selections, and commercial quotations. Support customers with product application guidance, system design recommendations, and technical solutions. Drive customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and service excellence. Identify aftermarket sales opportunities including spare parts, upgrades, and retrofit solutions. Partner with Sales, Operations and Engineering, to deliver profitable solutions. Support strategic growth initiatives within commercial refrigeration, industrial refrigeration, and data center cooling markets. Establish departmental KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor team members and build organizational capability through coaching and development. Job Requirements What You'll Bring (Requirements): Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related technical discipline. Min 7 years of experience in HVAC, refrigeration, heat transfer, thermal management, or related industries, that includes strong knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, refrigeration systems, and cooling technologies Min 3 years of leadership experience managing technical or customer-facing teams. Min 3 years of experience with proposal development, application engineering, and customer support operations.
