  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, trade schools, and other pipeline sources to support internship, campus, and entry-level recruiting efforts.
  • Represent Visterra at career fairs, campus recruiting events, college presentations, and industry networking opportunities to strengthen employer brand and attract talent.
  • Own weekly recruiting reporting for HR and leadership, including open requisitions, hiring progress, bottlenecks, source performance, and other key recruiting updates.
  • Create, monitor, and report on key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, funnel conversion, offer acceptance rate, and recruiter productivity.
  • Evaluate sourcing channels, job board performance, and external recruiting partnerships to improve recruiting effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Help standardize recruiting processes, interview practices, and candidate experience across Visterra's partner companies and regions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • 7-10 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including experience supporting multiple business functions, locations, or business units in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
