Role Overview: The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading recruiting efforts across Visterra Landscape Group and owning the execution of the company's talent acquisition strategy across critical business functions. This role will manage a team of recruiters while directly supporting higher-priority and business-critical openings across the organization, including field leadership, operations, and corporate roles. This position will serve as a key talent acquisition leader for the business, partnering closely with HR and operational leadership to drive recruiting performance, improve hiring processes, and provide regular visibility into recruiting activity through weekly reporting and key talent acquisition metrics. In addition to day-to-day recruiting leadership, the Talent Acquisition Manager will help build and manage Visterra's internship and campus recruiting efforts to strengthen long-term talent pipelines and support future growth.
