Description and Requirements

The Senior Specialist, HR for HR role is responsible for designing and delivering programs, initiatives, and experiences that empower the HR community to grow, connect, and perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Engagement & Community Building
    • Lead North American HR engagement programs to build a strong sense of belonging, connection, and identity within the local HR community
    • Facilitate cross-geo and cross-function collaboration among HR teams
  • HR Programs & Strategic Initiatives
    • Ensure effective execution and adoption of global HR initiatives for the specific HR team
    • Design and drive HR capability-building initiatives, and enable HR teams to stay up to date with business strategy, market trends, and emerging practices
  • HR Experience & Continuous Improvement
    • Gather insights from HR feedback channels
    • Translate insights into actionable improvements in HR processes, tools, and experience
    • Continuously improve HR internal journey across lifecycle

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Solid understanding of HR function
  • 3+ years experience in program management, HR initiatives, or transformation projects
  • Past experience working for a global company
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Communication or related field
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to translate strategy into practical execution
  • Experience in digital/AI-enabled HR initiatives is a plus
Location Requirement
  • Candidates must be based in the Raleigh, NC area and able to work onsite three days per week.
