What We Do Come join First American, where we recognize our true worth is our people. We are looking to add a Production Coordinator to our growing team. In this role you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting supporting our Production team to ensure deals are assigned and handed in a timely manner. This position plays a key role in making the dream of home ownership a reality. What You'll Do Provides a wide range of support to the Production team. May assist with final policy preparation, policy review, and policy-related processes. May provide recording support, including e-recording, recording follow up, and backup coverage for recording functions. Assists new and existing customers with questions and concerns relative to Watermark Title's products and services. May assist in preparing monthly production reports for the team. Follows processes and procedures in daily activities, troubleshoots as needed and recommends suggestions for continuous improvements to overall operations. Actively contributes to the results of a team and works toward achieving goals and objectives.
